Trainee Leadership

Our Trainee Leader programme is an incredible gap year opportunity for 18-25 year olds with a sense of adventure, a 'can do' attitude, and a big heart for God. No prior qualifications are needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Over the course of the year, you'll become qualified in numerous water and land-based activities whilst living on-site with accommodation and food provided. You'll deliver exciting activity sessions to young people, work as part of our close-knit team, and help communicate the Christian message to our guests in a gentle but exciting way.
