CYE has something special for families who want to take some time out of 'normal life' for reconnection and adventure.
Our team will look after the practical side of things - making delicious meals and organising activities - so that adults and children can focus on playtime and heart-connection.
You'll stay on our amazing accommodation vessel - TS Resolute - alongside a few other families. There's opportunity for new friendships to blossom as well as space for your family to have time 'just for you'.
Each weekend, there are family-focussed times of teaching from inspiring speakers, who create spaces for all of you to grow in your faith and help you come together to enrich your family culture too.
The activity team will plan adventures on and off the water that suit the famlies who come and that fit the weather conditions too. All of the specialist equipment and kit is provided, so you just need to bring your essentials and don't need to spend money on extras before you come.
With space on the weekend for multiple families, why not come along with another family you know? With old friends, or making new ones, however you come, we're pretty sure you're going to make memories you'll all treasure forever.
We had a super weekend. We were so well looked after by your fabulous staff. and it is such a privilege to have all the kit at the ready for great water activities, food cooked and cleared, comfortable accomodation, what an amazing set up! It really was the biggest treat.

Stay onboard our accommodation ship in a cabin with your family.
Enjoy a range of activities together. No need to have any previous water experience as our qualified team will lead the way.
There will be some altogether spiritual input with a mixture of singing, teaching, activities and discussion to engage the whole family.
We’ll take care of the practical things, with home-made meals and snacks from our hospitality team and activities planned and led by our qualified instructors. You can get out on the water, try something new on land, play games and enjoy being active together. You don’t need any previous experience, and all the specialist kit and equipment is provided.
There’s lots to do, but no pressure to be busy every minute. There’s time to stop, chat, meet other families and enjoy being together too. With the cooking and clearing up taken care of, you can step away from the usual routines for a couple of days and give a bit more attention to each other.
Faith is part of the weekend too, with family-focused times of worship, teaching, activities and discussion. These are designed to help adults and children learn about God together and give you things to talk about as a family afterwards.
You’ll stay together in an en-suite cabin on board our moored barge, T.S. Resolute, in the beautiful setting of Chichester Harbour.
Come with another family you know, or come ready to meet some new people. Either way, we’ll do our best to make the weekend easy to settle into and full of good things to share together.
This Family Weekend is designed for families with children aged 5 and over.
